From January 20 to 22, 2023, Cheung held his first solo concert, "This is MC", at the Hong Kong Coliseum, for three shows on January 20, 21 (Lunar New Year's Eve) and 22 (the first day of the Lunar New Year). Leo Ku appeared as a guest at the final show, and the three shows drew more than 10,000 people in total, with an online livestream watched by fans from 39 countries and regions. The same-titled album "This is MC" (nine tracks) was released on the day of the first show; a physical deluxe edition, "This is MC (Deluxe)" (ten tracks), followed on March 15.

On May 6, 2023, at the awards concert for "廣播九十五周年 十大中文金曲" (RTHK's Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Awards), Cheung won the 最優秀流行男歌手大獎 (Best Male Singer of the Year) and, with "老派約會之必要", the 全球華人至尊金曲獎 (top song among Chinese communities worldwide).

Across the four major music awards of 2023 — the Metro Radio Hit Awards (新城勁爆頒獎禮), the Ultimate Song Chart Awards (叱咤樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮), "CHILL CLUB 推介榜年度推介", and the Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Awards — Cheung won 10 awards in all, including: eighth place in the professionally recommended top ten (專業推介叱咤十大) for "世一"; the silver award for male singer (叱咤樂壇男歌手); the CHILL CLUB R&B Song of the Year (CHILL CLUB年度節奏藍調歌曲) for "世一"; the MOOV Big Data Supreme Singer award (MOOV大數據至尊歌手); the Judges' Recognition Award for R&B Song (評審團表揚獎節奏藍調歌曲) for "世一"; a Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs award for "世一"; the Outstanding Pop Singer award (優秀流行歌手大獎); the 最優秀流行男歌手大獎 (Best Male Singer of the Year); the Best Chinese Album award (最佳中文唱片獎) for "This is MC"; and the 全球華人至尊金曲獎 (top song among Chinese communities worldwide) for "世一".

"夜校", in which Cheung appeared, opened in Hong Kong on November 2, 2023; it was his first film role. In 2024, he starred in "我談的那場戀愛", alongside Sandra Ng and Stephy Tang, which premiered on September 2 — his second starring film role. That December 21, he appeared in "誤判", directed by and starring Donnie Yen, playing a police officer.

On March 12, 2024, Cheung released the ten-track album "TREBLE".

On July 17, 2025, Cheung released the ten-track album "Sweet & Sour".

On January 1, 2026, at the "2025年度叱咤樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮" (the Ultimate Song Chart Awards), held at AsiaWorld-Expo, Cheung placed tenth in the professionally recommended top ten (專業推介叱咤十大) with "懷疑人生". On April 24, at RTHK's 47th Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Awards (第47屆十大中文金曲), held at the Theatre of the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, he won the 最優秀流行男歌手大獎 (Best Male Singer of the Year), the Outstanding Pop Singer award (優秀流行歌手大獎), and the Best Chinese Album award (最佳中文唱片獎) for "Sweet & Sour", while "懷疑人生" won a Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs award. On May 3, at "CHILL CLUB 推介榜 年度推介25/26", Cheung won the bronze CHILL CLUB Male Singer of the Year award.

From July 7 to 11, 2026, Cheung again held a solo concert, "E=MC² 演唱會2026", at the Hong Kong Coliseum, for five shows; the final show was held on July 11.
