Frankie Chan is a Hong Kong entertainer born in Hong Kong on July 29, 1988. He began dancing in secondary school, later studied for a bachelor's degree in hotel management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and worked as a dancer while studying, including as a backup dancer for Grasshopper concerts.

A talent show gave Frankie Chan the opportunity to move from dancer to group member. In 2018, dancer 梁德忠 introduced Chan and 梁業 to "Good Night Show 全民造星," where Chan became contestant number 7. After being eliminated in the final 30, he was nevertheless invited to join MIRROR and debut on November 3 that year.

His performance work subsequently expanded to television and the stage. Frankie Chan starred in the 2022 ViuTV series "IT狗" and participated in the musical stage production "大象的告別式" in 2023.

The solo single "皮思苦" was released on January 5, 2024, and drew on Frankie Chan's feelings about being misunderstood by others. Lyricist Oscar also directed the music video; explaining the invitation, Chan said: "I felt that if he directed the MV, he could bring the essence of '皮思苦' into it, so I invited him to direct and placed absolute trust in him."
