沈聖哲 is the leader, guitarist, songwriter, and producer of the Taiwanese indie pop duo katncandix2. After gaining the recognition of producer 阿弟仔 early in his career, 沈聖哲 began working as a production assistant while also performing on the street and judging campus singing competitions.

He met Chuang Chuan-Ying at a music competition at Aletheia University, where 沈聖哲 was a judge. Recalling his reaction when he first heard his partner sing, 沈聖哲 said, "That's so cool—this voice!" and thought, "This is a voice that a lot of people should hear." After the competition, 沈聖哲 reached out to Chuang Chuan-Ying. The two connected through music, obtained street performer licenses together, and formed the group.

On the duo's third release, producer 沈聖哲 selected three songs composed by his partner. The first song they collaborated on, "2375," also gave 貳參柒伍工作室 its name.

Sound production is another part of 沈聖哲's work. The sound effects for the television series "他們在畢業的前一天爆炸" were nominated for the Sound Effects Award at the 46th Golden Bell Awards in 2011, with 沈聖哲 and three other sound effects staff members named among the nominees.
