In 1994 the fifth solo album "領悟" was released. The Chinese Wikipedia records that the title song, written by Jonathan Lee, made Winnie Hsin's name suddenly large, that the album sold 500,000 copies, and that Winnie Hsin, then 32, thus entered the ranks of best-selling singers. It also records that the beautiful voice and the outstanding result of making two best-selling albums in a row gave Winnie Hsin the name "the healing diva", and that at the 8th Golden Melody Awards Winnie Hsin was nominated for the first time for "最佳國語女演唱人獎".

Releases of this period include "味道" (December 29, 1994), "遺忘" and Love Runs Deep (1995), "Winter Light" (December 1995), "愛上他, 不只是我的錯" (September 25, 1996), "女人何苦為難女人" (1997), "滾石24K 24Bit珍藏版金碟系列" and "每個女人" (1998, the latter on September 2), "怎麼？" (1999), "辛晓琪精选集" and "談情看愛" (2000, the latter on October 3), "永遠" (November 16, 2001), "戀人啊!" and "失物招領" (2002, the latter in October), "滾石香港黃金十年: 辛曉琪精選" (2003), and "我也會愛上別人的" (June 11, 2004).

In 1995 Winnie Hsin voiced the title lead in the Mandarin dub of the Walt Disney animated film Pocahontas. From September 11 to 14, 2003, invited by 大風音樂劇場, Winnie Hsin performed in the musical "梁祝" as the female lead "祝英台", and held six world premieres at the National Theater in Taipei.

On June 30 and July 1, 2006, two days in a row, Winnie Hsin held a ticketed solo concert, "The Promise 承諾 台北演唱會", at the Taipei International Convention Center, and on July 26, 2008 held "The Promise 承諾 雲頂演唱會" at Genting in Malaysia.

In 2007 Winnie Hsin was spokesperson for Avon Anew firming brightening essence. On July 7 the same year Winnie Hsin performed at the Live Earth concert held in Shanghai.

On May 30, 2009 Winnie Hsin took part in the Join, Love Club concert held at the Hong Kong Coliseum. On December 18 the same year Winnie Hsin for the first time held a ticketed solo concert in Shanghai, and on August 21, 2010 held another in Chengdu. On the two nights of November 27 and 28, 2010, together with many Rock Records singers, Winnie Hsin took part in two 30th-anniversary "快樂天堂" concerts that the old company, Rock Records, held in Taipei.

In 2011 Winnie Hsin joined "美夢成真音樂" and became a junior to 齊秦, put effort into preparing a new album, and opened a solo tour of 18 cities, including mainland China and Taiwan. The English Wikipedia records that the same year Winnie Hsin joined Dream Come True, and planned to release an album on that label. On May 1 the same year, together with many Rock Records singers, Winnie Hsin took part in "滾石30鳥巢演唱會". From October 5 to 7, three shows in a row, Winnie Hsin took part in "滾石30上海" at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. On October 15, together with 齊豫, 順子 and 潘越雲, Winnie Hsin held "天籟之音繞雲頂" at Genting in Malaysia. On October 22, together with Wu Bai, Wakin Chau, 趙詠華, 黃小琥, 青山, 張秀卿, 李建復, 蕭煌奇 and other singers, Winnie Hsin took part in "台灣金曲100．夢想起飛", held in Singapore.

On February 18, 2012, together with Andy Lau, 林家棟, 曹格, 阿牛 and other artists, Winnie Hsin took part in Malaysia's "南亭75群星愛心獻麻坡慈善演唱會", raising money to build an orphanage and a medical charity house for local orphans and poor people. On June 8 the Mandarin album "遇見快樂" came out.

In August 2013 Winnie Hsin published the book "走過" for a father who was 92 that year. The book was given, not sold, to family and friends. In 2014 a first autobiography, "時間帶不走的天真", was published. In 2016 the album "Flow" was released to mark thirty years of singing.

On September 29, 2018 Winnie Hsin held the solo concert "人生若只如初見" at the Taipei Arena. "人生若只如初見演唱會" was released on August 28, 2020. In 2023 "辛曉琪精選" came out.
