Wei Jia-ying (Arrow Wei), born on May 14, 1990, in Taichung, Taiwan, China, is a singer-songwriter and guitarist active in the Greater China independent pop music scene during the late 2010s and 2020s. Before officially entering the mainstream record industry, she gained extensive performance experience over several years busking on the streets and in restaurants across various locations, during which time she honed her solid guitar skills and ability to engage with live audiences.
