About the artist
Alan Tam is a Hong Kong male singer and actor. In secondary school once formed the band Galaxy with 葉智強 and 湯家驊, then joined Loosers. Loosers was formed in 1969, and Alan Tam joined later as lead vocalist. In 1970 the band that Alan Tam joined came from behind to win a contest and signed with 鑽石唱片 and a television station. Alan Tam has said that in the 1970s already began investing in other businesses and became a boss, calling that hard-earned money.
In 1972 the band disbanded because Alan Tam went on to further study and the 陳 brothers left to go into business. Manager 梁柏濤 regrouped the band in 1973 and invited 鍾鎮濤 to join, renaming it The Wynners. The Wynners Five Tigers were Alan Tam, 鍾鎮濤, 彭健新, 葉智強 and 陳友. The Wynners was formed in 1973, with five members singing English songs. After the band regrouped and changed names, it released the first record "Listen to the Wynners". In interviews Alan Tam has said the happiest time in the performing career is always the Wynners years.
