According to a report by China News Service, Xu Wei stated at the closing press conference: “We chose to return to Beijing for the finale so that neither we nor the fans who love my music would be left with any regrets, and so that everyone could cherish this experience together.” He admitted to having a special connection with the Workers’ Stadium, as several major tours in his career had kicked off there. However, as the tour progressed from show to show, the team’s coordination and ability to adapt on the spot became increasingly polished, leading to the decision to reunite with fans at the MasterCard Center, which can accommodate a larger audience.
This final “Collector’s Edition” concert was filmed and will be released in the future as a commemorative DVD and other formats. Apple Music has made the live album available under the English title Xu Wei “At This Moment” Tour.
